Accommodation Terms & Conditions

Thank you! Now you have chosen to stay at Magnums, it is important that you are aware of our refund policy for accommodation prior to confirming your booking.

1. Once you have checked in, your room is allocated to you for the duration of your booking, we are unable to refund you for any accommodation you choose not to use – Sorry no exceptions.

2. If you have not yet checked in but have pre-paid for your accommodation Magnums are happy to refund your accommodation if the cancellation is made 48 hours prior to your estimated time of arrival.

CREDIT CARD SURCHARGE
All payments made by credit card will incur a 1.5% surcharge to reflect the cost of fees charged for credit card transactions.

Reason for the surcharge
Magnums is charged fees when customers make payments by credit using MasterCard, Visa card or BPAY from a credit account. To ensure our customers receive the best value, Magnums have held their costs at a maximum 1.5%.

Calculating the surcharge
The surcharge will be 1.5% of the total price, this will be reflected in your Amount Now Due (including Merchant Fees) on the payment screen prior to your credit card payment being made.
